DINNER --- ( for S. & B. )  guacamole and chips | tater tots | prosecco  ||  shrimp and shishito skewers | sweet sour lotus root | simmered Japanese pumpkin | parboiled baby kale with pear and pine nuts  |  Taiwan-style rice bowl with soy rice wine braised short ribs, eggs and chili paste pickled cucumber |  red wine  |  chocolate cake |  tea







  • five hours of braising 
  • no picture of tater tots, the 3rd try, better and better in texture.
