ratatouille, gazpacho, best use of fresh vegetables and fruits at ending summer

this week marks a milestone, an ending and a beginning.

radicchio, marinated gigante  beans, and parsley 

marinated and broiled Korean beef short rib

simmered fresh peanuts 
with star anise and sichuan pepper corn 

gazpacho with white nectarine and pine nuts  

Norwegian pancake 

purple shiso and citrus drink
