 DINNER --- ( for C. group) baked Japanese potato fries | smoked tofu salad in endive boat | gyoza || whipped shrimp scallop dumpling soup | steamed eggplant with garlic chili sauce | fish cake | pao-cai cabbage | mustard green with threaded duck and soy beans | cake and ice cream |










  • a stressful run with satisfying results. had most of time of removing bones and shells.
  • the favored French pastry shop seems to be in decline, bad sign.

  •  garlic scape from Chinese market, not that fresh and sweet. Indian bitter melon is far bitter that the Chinese variety
