AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- watermelon | raspberries 
DINNER ---  avocado toast | barley with parsley, red onion,  silky squash, green onion, and strawberries |  Korean style  BBQ beef short ribs 









  •  toast instead of chips. tangy strawberries work well in the barley salad

DINNER --- Korean grilled beef rib, with lettuce wrap and carrot, green onion, cucumber and dandelion leaves | parboiled dandelion with citrus seasoning | sauteed bean sprouts and beech mushroom | rice | Korean chili sauce
