Thai-style hot-sour stew

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese |  grapefruit | fruit salad   
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
PRE-THEATER-DINNER ---  Thai style seafood stew: squid, dried shrimp, potato, okra, roasted red pepper, Thai basil, lemon leaves, chili and cilantro | bread | sauteed mustard green with Thai chili

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice and ma-po tofu  
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- Thai-style hot sour stew of squid and clear noodle bundle | sauteed green beans with black bean sauce | rice | wine 




 
  • clear noddle bundle mimics baby squid both in form and in texture

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea | steamed dumplings
AFTER-CONCERT-DINNER --- butternut squash and apple soup | Thai-style hot&sour seafood stew with mussels and baby squid | wine 









 
  • soup or stew are easier to  suit to two-step preparation for after-concert-dinner
