  •  a special fried rice:  hand-picked crab meat, a little curry spice and fresh ginger in oil for frying rice, add green onion and crab meat at last, add a little rice vinegar and white pepper at end.

  • the strong wind caused a power outage, the fried rice is a ad hoc dinner assembled from various leftovers after the power came back after 10pm.
