DINNER --- huevos rancheros : refried black beans with caramelized onion, Mexican rice, fresh salsa, and sunny-side-up fried egg | homemade Piadine ( thin Italian flat bread ) | wine
- Piadine is very similar to flour tortilla, the Italian way, cooked in a cast-iron pan on stove with a little olive oil.

DINNER --- Focaccia bread | spicy minced chicken with Thai basil | Tong-hao porridge with crushed peanuts | rice | wine
Focaccia- ten more hours fermentation improved the texture and flavor of the focaccia.
