DINNER --- homemade hummus | rye crackers | steamed artichoke | pasta with tomato, radicchio, basil , pickles, artichoke hearts and shallot

DINNER --- ( for Shawn's and Inger's )  cheese and cold cuts board | cocktails | guacamole | baked Japanese sweet potatoes ||  stir-fried bitter melon, king mushroom, golden pepper and wood-ear | simmered eggplant with fermented fava bean sauce, garlic, shallot and cilantro | seasoned rice with homemade romesco sauce,  shittake mushroom, gingko seeds and snap peas |  baked bornzino with curry leaves | wine || cake | cognac

golden beet and cannellini bean hummus

DINNER ---  Turkish clam rice | Moroccan caramelized carrots with herbs | parboiled okra | home baked pita bread | golden beet and cannellini beans hummus , with mint and pomegranate 









  • bean skins are removed by hand after cooked 
  • to make pita bread even thickness on both sides, flip before baking

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- mussels in white wine and leek broth | bread | fennel and fresh mozzarella | sauteed mustard green | steamed artichoke with olive oil lemon dip | wine 









 
  •  very good mussels, plump and sweet 
  • crottin de champcol is outrageously priced here
