garlic sage soup and seven-vegetable ragu

8-12-2014 Tue. warm,  heavy rain.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- Mexican rice
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- peach
DINNER --- Provencal garlic sage soup with toast and poached egg | pasta with seven vegetable and lamb ragu sauce | salad | wine 









 
  • quite a bit work of chopping and poaching, make use of all vegetables at hand.
