roll up and roast

8-11-2014 Mon. warm, clouds.


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- ratatouille and rice 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- cherries
DINNER --- roasted lamb leg | sauteed spinach | pan-fried shishito peppers | pan-fried potatoes | salad | wine 



  •  boneless lamb leg is undercooked , needed about one hour in oven for the size.  the temperature setting  is also questionable ( 400F)
