DINNER --- simmered napa cabbage, radicchio, porcini and tofu skin rolls | pan-fried pork chop | rice | wine






  • a variation of D.D.s recipe, used Italian porcini strong flavored broth instead of Japanese dashi to simmer radicchio, cabbage and tofu skin rolls.
