WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee |  croissant | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  steamed Maryland blue crabs 
DINNER --- steamed Japanese eggplant with shiso | baked bronzino | simmered winter melon with dried shrimp | sauteed taro root | salad
