DINNER ---  stew of chicken with chestnuts, tofu skin rolls and hard boiled eggs, in spiced tea and soy | sauteed gingko seeds and bitter melon | parboiled baby kale with citrus dressing | rice

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- cold cuts board with oats bread | nabe:  first simmer:: daikon, Japanese sweet potato, carrot, cured bamboo shoots, shiitake, leek, gingko seeds,cured tofu,  konjac yam noodle , second dip::  beech mushroom, silken tofu, garland chrysanthemum, manila clams
