chicken and chestnut stew

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee |  scrambled eggs with cilantro | scallion pancake | fruit
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- simmered fresh peanuts 
DINNER --- chicken and chestnut  stew with tofu skin rolls and leeks  | rice | parboiled baby kale 







  • second stew of the week, this one with Koran chili paste, sweet hot.
  • fresh peanuts in shell  simmered in salted water with  Chinese five spices.
