AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- porto | homemade candied fresh cranberries 
DINNER --- wine | cold cuts board:  turkey,  truffle salami | chorizo | smoked salmon | manchego cheese || homemade oats dark bread | butternut squash and apple soup | boiled Korean-style short ribs | pan-fried brussels sprouts  |  homemade apple pie
