WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | Bread Furst baguette | cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- port | baked Japanese sweet potato fries 
DINNER ---  baguette | French ham | chorizo | lightly pickled radish | sauteed bitter melon | parboiled dandelion leaves | beer 



  • a lot of garden work. 
  • no real cooking , just parboiling
