DINNER ---  ( from Hinata) sushi spread: yellow tail, red snapper, sweet shrimp, tuna, salmon, fried salmon  skin roll, eel roll | pan-fried shishito | chilled kimchi tofu | soba with dipping sauce | chilled sake 

• reliable good sushi.  Aji is hard to come by these days. red snapper is better than expected. 

Chinese shrimp wonton and Japanese shaved ice

DINNER --- guacamole and rye crackers | martini | green wonton with shrimp, mustard green and lemon zest filling, in dashi broth |  shaved ice with homemade mango syrup and fresh mango, blue berries, homemade sweet rice pearls  

• temperature topped over 90,   call for shaved ice
