DINNER --- ( for I. & A. ) wine | eggplant relish with bread | guacamole with crackers | pan-fried vegetable goyza | eel kamameshi  | stir-fried carrot, celery and shiitake | green beans with mustard | fennel and blueberry salad | homemade cream puff | tea

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
DINNER --- pan-fried goyza | Japanese eel bowl : rice, parboiled mustard green, green gourd pickles, pickled shiso, pickled seaweed,  teriyake eel, with Japanese new green tea | simmered Japanese squash

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- sauteed Chinese silk gourd and egg | steamed Chinese eggplant with garlic sauce | rice | salad | wine
( for  late-arrival guests : Chinese taco buns with BBQ pork and onion, pan-fried goyza )
