  • a dominated horse  in town,  a 1-m star restaurant, a pasta house, a chocolate studio.

AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tangerine 
DINNER --- bibimbap noodles with kimchi , napa cabbage, sausage, red onion, green chili and smoked tofu | wine



 
  • one big bowl,  hot and satisfyingly mouthful.

AFTER-CONCERT-DRINK --- ( at Redwood)  cocktail | beer | country style pate | goat cheese | duck confit with mustard

DINNER --- mojito | guacamole and chips | baked Japanese potato fries | citrus cucumber and Chinese sausage || Vietnamese spring rolls | pan-fried zucchini blossoms stuffed with ricotta and roasted red pepper | Pappardelle with creamy asparagus sauce, salt-cured duck yolk, and fresh fava beans | rice noodles in Tom Yum soup with baby squid, sea scallop and manila clams | grand mariner cake | wine

DINNER --- pan-fried lotus root chips | fresh Chinese thick noodles with bamboo shoots and snow peas in Sichuan Ma-la sauce (焖面)| stir-fried eggplant with Thai basil | wine


  • the Chinese thick noodle is boiled or steamed first, then to stew with layers of other ingredients in a pot. a Northern Chinese dish.

DINNER --- gyoza (Japanese pan-fried dumplings) | edamame (boiled fresh soybean in the pot) | chilled sake || steamed Nanjing fermented tofu with pickled vegetables | stir-fried potato angel-hair threads with five spices | soba (Japanese buckwheat noodles with daikon and fermented soy dipping sauce) | Matsuzaka noodle soup with shiitake, sprouts, seaweed and pea leaves | stir-fried cured tofu threads with chive flowers, mushrooms, and eggs | Riesling |
