gyoza, sushi, and soba noodles

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with sauteed tofu and minced chicken
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- tea
DINNER --- baked Japanese sweet potato | gyoza | miso soup | sushi : roll of pickled daikon and seaweed , mackerel, slightly marinated mackerel, salmon, fresh water eel | soba noodles | twice-cooked pork with mushroom | wine
