braised pork belly

 WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | croissant | bread and cheese | fruit 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- steamed blue crabs with ginger vinegar dip 
DINNER --- braised pork belly with dried fermented mustard green | sauteed fresh mustard greens | sauteed celtuce | rice | salad | wine 







  • pork belly simmered for more than 3 hours, then braised 2 hours more in seasoned broth. a Japanese approach combined with Chinese ingredients
