 LUNCH --- Canton summer soup | homemade garlic-fermented bread
 DINNER --- ( for S. and B. ) cured fish and kiwi dip | Persian flat bread | guacamole | wasa crackers | deconstructed baba ganoush | cocktails || slightly pickled cucumber radish, feta, walnut, dill and pomegranate seeds | green rice | roasted fennel and carrot | grilled lamb shop with homemade rub | wine | homemade tiramisu | tea 
 












  • deconstructed and  reassembled. a good dinner for friends from afar 
  • most of ingredients from Persian store
