7-22-2013 Mon. warm, cloudy.  


 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH --- pickled red steam chard | sauteed mustard greens 
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- nectarine 
 DINNER --- stir-fried garlic scape with shiitake mushroom | sauteed Chinese eggplant with tomato and garlic sauce | steamed egg custard with seaweed seasoning | rice | salad | wine
