spice rub for lamb chop

4-27-2015 Mon. mild, sunny.  


 BREAKFAST --- coffee
 LUNCH ---rice with green beans and tofu skin rolls
 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
 DINNER ---broiled lamb chop with rub of shallot, garlic, cumin seeds, cardamon seeds | French lentils  | mustard green and shiitake | wine



 
  • the spice rub works better than marinate
