smoked Pimenton

4-01-2015 Wed. mild, cloudy.  


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice and cabbage 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER ---  potato and chorizo stew | steamed Brussels sprouts | sauteed baby spinach | wine 


 
  • roasted red pepper and pimenton made a nice sauce for potato stew
