Maryland crabs, three ways

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee  | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  watermelon 
DINNER --- open face sandwich: Icelandic rye bread, crab meat, avocado,  grape fruit, jalapeno, shallot, pickled lemon, dill | gazpacho with Korean pear | fresh corn | fried plantain | marinated and pickled whole crabs | beer 













  • steamed whole,  crab meat on open face sandwich, and marinated whole (raw) in soy and liquor  
  • Korean pear in the form of little ice ball floating in gazpacho
