WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee |  home baked  toast  |  fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- ginger and chili stir-fried stone snails | spinach roots | tea 
DINNER --- ( at Kotobuki )  oshizushi (pressed sushi saba)  | salmon sushi with charred top | eel Kamameshi (Vegetable or meat cooked in a traditional iron pot) | saki
