rock fish two ways

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit | yogurt 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER ---   steamed rock fish filet on bed of vegetables and bamboo leave and wrapped in baking paper | fish head tail and tofu soup in clay pot |  seared marianted duck breast with watercress | celtuce | rice | wine
