Brunch in the garden teahouse

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | english muffin and jam | fruit
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- ( Teahouse brunch for the c. group ) plume wine |  skewers of shishito, kabocha and negi | bay scallop ceviche with radish and fresh dill | baked matsutaki mushroom | steamed Japanese eggplant wrapped in shiso | congee with preserved egg, purple shiso pickles and green onion | five-spice soy and wine braised short ribs with chestnuts | parboiled canola greens seasoned with toasted sesame an sesame oil | green tea | concord grapes and raspberries 



















  •  a perfect day for garden teahouse gathering, good chat and good food with friends old and new. 
  •   the same day,  on the other side of the continent, a life has crossed over.
