DINNER --- champagne | sashimi: yellowtail, sweet shrimp | kakiage: tempura vegetables | tamura shrimp heads | lightly pickled diakon and carrot| chikuzen-ni:  new year simmered pot: chicken, taro root, lotus root, kabucha, carrot, shiitake, mountain yam, seasoned kombu knot, napa cabbage spinach roll, okra |seven-green rice porridge | soy braised quail eggs | roasted rice cake with sweet red bean sauce
