DINNER ---  steamed homemade dumplings | simmered winter melon with shiitake | stuffed simmered Japanese tofu pockets ( inari age) :  mixed grains and egg, pickles with shiso,  soba and cucumber with Japanese yam Nagaimo |  shrimp wonton in broth with homegrown pea shoots | improvised scallion pancake of green wonton wraps | homemade sweet bean paste sculptured tea dessert:  beach stone, sea wave, sea urchin shell, cherry blossom | green tea
