chilled noodles Korean-style

 DINNER --- Korean style chilled noodles with leek, fish tofu, tong-hao greens and lotus root | pan-fried shishito | steamed eggplant with shiso leaves | cold cuts 







  • leeks, lotus root and shishito  are stove-top grilled, the noodles are chilled with ice water then into seasoned broth.
