- Thai green curry uses fresh Thai green hot chili with its hot index almost 10, coconut milk makes the dish richer and milder, some sugar also helps.

- try out green curry of Thai food, Thai green chili, shallots, garlic, and a handful spices of the usual suspects of curry family. it is hot, intense, and flavorful, and somehow tastes totally the opposite of Japanese curry.
