flat bread rehash

5-12-2015 Tue. hot, sunny. 


BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- leftovers 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- apple
DINNER --- stir-fried flat bread with zucchini and tomato | simmered Chinese eggplant with fermented fava bean sauce | scrambled eggs with flat-leaf chives | wine 



 
  • a trick learned many years ago from a neighbor, cut-up old flat bread stir-fried with fresh vegetables ( usually fresh spring onions) .
