Gazpacho chills the heat wave

DINNER --- gazpacho ( chilled soup of pureed tomato, cucumber and green onion) | sauteed green beans with black bean sauce | stir-fried tofu, soy beans, mustard green and cured cuttlefish | rice | white wine
