AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- mojito (crushed fresh mint leaves, lime, light rum, seltzer, a dash of bitters) | "drunken" chicken ( boiled chicken marinated with seasoned rice mine )
DINNER --- sauteed asparagus | stir-fried mushroom, smoked pork, and spring onions | rice | fennel salad | white wine
- planted some mint in the garden, so there will be fresh supply for the summer drinks
