Tea tasting in the tea house

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | coconut cream bread | honeydew | peach
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- (in the Tea House) tea tasting with dim sum: Houjicha (Japanese roasted green tea) | Bi Luo Chun ( Chinese pan-dried green tea) | Keemun ( Chinese fermented black tea ) | parboiled and marinated fresh soy beans | steamed shrimp dumplings | roasted moss and sesame crackers | moon cake | Shao-mai | chilled soft tofu with seasoned seaweed paste and pickles |
DINNER
--- spice marinated napa cabbage | pan-fried dumplings | steamed buns with vegetable fillings | beer
