BREAKFAST

LUNCH --- rice with sauteed green beans and red pepper
AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- congee ( Chinese rice soup ) | congee side dish trio: pickled bamboo shoots, pickled Zha-cai root, spicy fermented tofu | stir-fried pickled mustard green and fresh soy bean | stir-fried straw mushroom, tofu skin, egg, sliced flat bread with cilantro and jalapeno





  • very soothing and homey meal of Chinese rice soup and its traditional side dishes
