DINNER --- homemade semolina trofie pasta with zucchini pesto sauce ( olive oil, garlic, zucchini, parsley and pine nuts ) | avocado salad with lettuce, cherry tomato,radish and fennel | wine




  • first try on this homemade trofie following D.D.'s suggestion. simple and satisfying pasta, bouncy texture thanks to semolina flour, almost the opposite of homemade gnocchi.
