Potato, loaded in French way

WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee with Baileys | scallion pancake | apple 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME ---  tea | pomegranate 
DINNER --- ( cooked with Philippe ) baked Japanese sweet potato fries | seaweed rice crackers || creamy butternut squash and granny Smith apple  soup | marinated and seared sea scallops with lemon shallot and pomegranate sauce | potato gratin with dry white wine, smoked bacon, caramelized onion and cheese |  steamed short ribs in crashed rice and spices | sauteed young mustard greens | wine | Grand Marnier cake
