 AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea 
 DINNER --- ( at Bistro 360 ) Butternut Squash Bisque (apple, walnut, black garlic, orange-sage foam) | yellow tail sashimi |  Chicken Wings (Korean style )  | Pide (a Turkish Pizza) |  Lo Mein ( fried noodles with Shoestring Vegetables, Asian glazed duck ) | Miso Glazed Salmon ( with baby bok choy, spicy pine nuts, yuzu soy vinaigrette) | Lemongrass Pork Chop ( with smoked bacon, gnocchi, snap peas & spicy Korean cabbage puree ) | beer ||  Lemon, Chocolate, Salted Caramel,  & Raspberry Sorbet
