AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- zucchini flower and zucchini in clear vegetable broth (garlic, theme, leek and kind mushroom)  | open face sandwich: toasted homemade dark rye bread, Icelandic yogurt, roasted beet, avocado, radish, Russian pickled herrings | steamed sweet shrimp | homemade Russian ring biscuit
