ten course Japanese meal at home

LUNCH --- ( at Jose Andreas'  taco pop-up  )  taco trio 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- parboiled soy beans | Japanese pastry 
DINNER ---  Japanese pickled seaweed | Chinese yam with shiso leaf | simmered daikon in dashi broth with seaweed and shiso | parboiled beet leaves with hand-mashed sesame dressing | avocado and tomato | pickled octopus with egg and pickled shallot | slaw of burdock, carrot and red cabbage | roasted salmon and vegetables: leek, finger potatoes , radish, shiitake mushroom, herbs | shochu
