Italian chestnut knife
- when the nuts remain hot, it is possible to peel both inner and outer shells together.
- procedure: cut x on the bottom of chestnut, boil in hot water for 15 minutes. keep them in hot water and peel off the hard shell. Reboil in small batches to heat the inner skin shell to remove it.
