WEEKEND BREAKFAST --- coffee | bread and cheese | fruit 
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- tea
DINNER --- broiled matsutake | steamed Japanese eggplant with shiso | pan-fried shishito peppers | simmered Japanese pumpkin | parboiled Japanese greens | rice noodles with pickled vegetables, bamboo shoots , fried tofu skin chips and peanuts
