Fennel salad

4-12-2010 Mon. warm, sunny

BREAKFAST --- coffee
LUNCH --- rice with spicy stew of fermented tofu ( leftovers)
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- green tea | apple

DINNER --- fennel salad | steamed dumplings with minced chicken, shiitake and bok choy | white wine | strawberry cream cake

  • fennel is a fresh beginning of the salad season
