udon and tempura

LUNCH --- rice with sauteed napa cabbage and shiitake
AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- silky tofu tempura | udon noodles in chicken broth, with shiitake, napa cabbage, carrot, celery, cilantro, green onion, fresh soy bean, whitefish roe and fried bread | wine




  • one big bowl for all, homey Japanese udon noodles.
