LUNCH --- rice with fish and lotus root
AFTERNOON-TEATIME

DINNER --- Provencal garlic soup with poached egg and toasted bread | steamed Shanghai dumplings with fillings of chicken, bok choy and shiitake | wine




  • a combination of French and Chinese cooking, goes pretty well.
