WEEKEND BREAKFAST
--- coffee | coconut cream bread | scallion pancake | Shanghai fried twist bread | apple
AFTERNOON-TEATIME --- green tea
DINNER --- hotpot ( shabu-shabu ) with sesame dashi dipping sauce ( thin-cut lamb, silky tofu, tong-hao leaves, Chinese cabbage, king mushroom, wood-ear and glass noodles ) | wine
