Bronzini with Chinese fermented black beans

BREAKFAST

LUNCH --- rice with sauteed lotus root and dove sole
AFTERNOON-TEATIME
--- apple
DINNER --- fried lotus root chips | sauteed king mushroom and sliced lotus root | bronzini simmered in rice wine with ginger, scallion and fermented black beans | rice | wine




  • bronzini in Chinese way: seared then simmered in rice wine with ginger , scallion. fermented black beans adds distinguish highlight in flavor.
